Classes are rolled with dice at the Mother Tree. This page explains the roll and the community rank. It does not list creator codes.
I kept creator-code searches off this page on purpose. Those codes are checkout names. A class is a dice result with perks.
How a class is assigned
Fandom says dice at the birth altar of the Mother Tree roll one of five rarity tiers. Roles are DPS, Tank, or Healer. The default with no class is Townsperson, with no perks and no penalty. A high-rarity class can unlock up to five signature perks.

What the Reaper row actually lists
The community class page lists Reaper as DPS with -20% max health and +10% spirit heal, plus Harvester's Reach, Tireless Step, Shadowstep, Soul Drink, and Riposte. Necromancer is listed as an epic healer at about a 3% dice chance, summoning five undead and healing the party for 10% max HP. I did not roll either class.
Questions
What are the different classes?
The community page names Reaper, Necromancer, Paladin, Elemental Warden, Shroom, Alchemist, Knight, Tree, and Warrior, plus the default Townsperson. A full dice-odds table was truncated in the research pass.
